Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature and immediate access to the content, we do not provide automatic refunds once the content has been delivered or made available, except where required by applicable federal or state law.

2. Bitcoin Payments

Payments made in Bitcoin are:

  • Irreversible.
  • Technically non-refundable.

By completing the payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this condition. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be evaluated only in the following cases:

  • Content not delivered due to a verified technical failure.
  • Verified billing error.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

4. Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase via email, unless a longer period is required by applicable federal or state consumer protection laws:

5. Refund Method

If approved:

  • The refund may be issued in Bitcoin or another agreed-upon method. Where required by law, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Blockchain network fees and transaction processing fees are non-refundable where not recoverable.

6. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under United States law, digital content that is delivered electronically is generally not subject to a mandatory statutory cooling-off period once access has been granted. By accessing or downloading the content, the customer acknowledges that performance has begun and agrees that refunds are subject to this policy, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] including:

  • Subject: “Refund – Order #[order number]”
  • Full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the request

8. Conditions for Refund

  • Content not delivered due to a verified technical failure.
  • Verified billing error.
  • Request submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method (card, Bitcoin, or other method), unless technically infeasible or otherwise agreed.

9. Processing Time

  • Credit/debit card refunds: up to 10 business days, depending on the payment processor or issuing bank.
  • Bitcoin/USDT or other cryptocurrency refunds: up to 7 business days after approval, subject to network confirmation times.

10. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after the 7-day period, unless required by applicable law.
  • When the customer has already accessed and/or downloaded the content and requests a refund outside the permitted timeframe.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempt to exploit refund policies.
